Represents the second stage of the eyelash lift procedure. The fixer, also called a neutralizer, closes the bonds in the hair's keratin and fixes its new shape.

• Shake the bottle before use.
• Using a microbrush, apply a small amount of Fixing Lotion a little higher than mid-length to the lashes.
• Gently spread the product towards the lash line.
• Leave the Neutralizer on your eyelashes for 5 minutes.
• After the allotted time, gently remove the product with a cotton bud.
